After successfully raising my two children into young adulthood, and whilst going through a hiccup in life, I discovered Reiki and Reflexology.

In 1998 I became a Reiki/Master Teacher and have taught it since. This beautiful healing energy is ever present during a treatment and, when needed, is used as a stand-alone treatment.

In 2000 I received my Advanced Certificate in Reflexology with the Australian School for Reflexology and Relaxation (ASRR) in Melbourne which, when it became available, I upgraded to the diploma in 2011. Throughout, I have attended various postgraduate workshops deepening my understanding of the benefits of Reflexology.

A special interest came into my life after attending Maternity Reflexology workshops. Over the last 10 years or so, I have enjoyed working with women during pre-conception, IVF treatment and pregnancy.

Having two children myself, I understand the emotions that may be experienced during this amazing time.

Weekly I work with patients receiving chemotherapy.

Facial Reflexology is a powerful tool and I use this combined with foot reflexology.

Clinical Aromatherapy is used to make preparations to assist in many situations for example at different stages of pregnancy, during stressful times, as well as with some skin and/or physical problems. I have since established Aroma Blends selling online products for general wellbeing and skin care.

Another interest is working with people with sore feet. Foot Mobilization, which combined with Reflexology, restores functionality and mobility and reduces pain and stiffness.

Reflexology does not limit itself to the above. Many a client has felt the benefits through a range of conditions, from decreased pain during chronic and/or terminal illness, including cancer, to stress relief.
