On average it takes three visits to fix one problem and most patients do not need ongoing treatment. If however there are multiple problems or if the problem is complex then it may take longer than three visits � but I aim to fix problems in the shortest time.

Advice on work habits, posture, stress and exercise are an important component in the overall treatment, and may make the difference in preventing the same problem from returning. It is for this reason that three visits are optimal and are recommended.
