Reiki with Kate

About

Reiki with Kate is an experienced business owned by Kate Burrows, a certified meditation teacher. Based in Sydney's eastern suburbs, Reiki with Kate offers Reiki and Meditation classes from Kate’s home in Bronte, as well as in corporate offices, wellness centres and retreats. Kate can assist you to take time-out for deep relaxation and rejuvenation, and provide retreat programs so you can incorporate health and happiness into your everyday life.

Starting each therapy with a head massage to help you drift into a peaceful state of mind, the Reiki Treatment then involves traditional and intuitive hand placements on and above the body to stimulate energy flow to the areas of your body which need it the most. Reiki with Kate can customise and deliver a range of guided meditations for individuals, businesses and groups, whether it is lunchtime classes or private one-on-one sessions. By channelling the Reiki energy, Kate can help you tune in to what is happening in your body whether it is on a mental, emotional, physical or spiritual level.
