Tree of Life Reiki

About

It has been a long journey to get to where I am today, spiritually and mentally. Life is a never ending journey of growth and change, finding yourself over and over again. I completed my Reiki Masters in Denver, Colorado where I was trained in the art of Usui Reiki healing techniques. Using what I have learned I want to help others to find themselves, heal and continue their life journey in peace and positivity.

What is Reiki? The word Reiki is made up from two Japanese words: 'Rei' meaning Spiritual Wisdom or the Higher Power, and 'Ki' meaning Life Force Energy. Put together Reiki means 'Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy'. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It is administered by channeling life force energy through the hands and into the body. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being peaceful and healthy.
