About

"Insieme" in Italian means "together","united","group" as the aim of Om-insieme is to rediscover a sense of unity through an expansion of consciousness as individuals.

To expand consciousness it is necessary to rebalance ourselves. By rebalancing ourselves it is possible to regenerate and fortify our abilities to heal and self heal therefore creating a general sense of well-being.

Om-insieme adopts three main healing techniques such as Reiki, Pellowah and Om Healing. Om Healing is a group activity with a deep and gentle impact on an individual and collective level. It is highly recommended to everyone to those who are not very familiar with spiritual disciplines and to those who would like to improve their abilities. Through the practice of Om Healing it is possible to create a strong connection within us, around us and identify a strong inner force.
