Bowen Therapy is a safe, non invasive form of physical therapy that targets specific muscle groups and connective tissue. Gentle rolling moves are performed over the muscles, with a series of short waits in between moves to allow the body to respond and engage its own self healing processes. It can assist in recovery from many conditions and is safe for infants, the elderly, the frail and pregnant women. Bowen Therapy has been successful in treating the infirm and the disabled - increasing circulation and stimulating muscle groups and connective tissue thus decreasing the incidence of pressure sores and muscle cramps.

The Bowen technique can also be used as a general wellness regime, to correct minor presenting issues and keep the body balanced and in general good health, thus preventing small problems from becoming much larger ones, which are often much harder to treat and take much longer to correct. Samantha is a qualified Bowtech Bowen Therapist and has also undertaken specialised training in Bowen procedures to assist diabetics and stroke patients. Samantha is dedicated and committed to continuing her education so that you can be assured that your treatments will be performed with the most up to date knowledge available.

After having suffered for many years with chronic pain and trying multiple different therapies with little or no success, Samantha stumbled across the Bowen Technique and it changed her life. After only three treatments her pain was gone and her life back on track. Samantha was so excited about her results that she decided to undergo training to become a qualified Bowtech Bowen Therapist and change the lives of others through this amazing therapy. Samantha founded Green Valley Bowen Therapy in Gold Coast QLD in 2014.

Samantha runs a successful clinic in the tranquil surrounds of Tallebudgera Valley, Qld and also as a clinic therapist for Original Raw Beauty and Wellness Studio at beautiful Currumbin Beach, Qld. With the addition of a thriving mobile service for central and southern Gold Coast and the Tweed, Banora Point and Fingal areas, Green Valley Bowen Therapy has been going from strength to strength, easing the pain and suffering of many clients and bringing wellness, relaxation and vitality back to their lives.
