Our Salt room has amazing benefits for those with skins or respiratory problems. Relaxing for 45 mins in our salt room can help clear your airways and lungs. Salt therapy can also help with eczema, psoriasis, acne and other skin ailments.

Foot Detox

Detox your whole body in our detox therapy room, bring a friend and enjoy our massage chairs whilst we rid those toxins from your body and jump start your metabolism. We will do a PH test to determine your body's alkaline/acidity levels before you enjoy a detox tea with some soothing music to destress and detoxify.

Microsilk- Coming soon!

Relax in your own company and invigorate your body and senses with a Microsilk spa. The benefits of this amazing treatment will astound you, all it takes is a 20minute session to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, cellulite and promote healing.

DIY Workshops

Organise a group of friends to come along and create your own body butters and salt scrubs. We will supply you with everything you need to inspire your creative juices and keep them flowing with some light refreshments. Limited spaces available, booking essential.
