Calm & Rejuvenated has been created to provide healing and relaxation in a warm inviting non clinical setting to allow you to totally unwind from day to day stress. Relation massages are offered in blocks from 20 mins to one hour depending on your needs. Meditation sessions are offered in single or group appointments

If you're lacking direction or purpose Angel card readings are offered to assist you gain the clarity or confirmation you need and are a positive way of reaffirming your purpose. Consultations using the Australian Bushflower essences are available and your own unique remedy will be made, these are helpful if you are suffering from fatigue, illness, stress, depression, Anxiety, grief and a whole variety of issues. THe Australian Bushflower remedies can also be incorporated into a massage session. Discounts are offered for follow up appointments.

We also offer meditation events for program's such as carer support groups. We welcome children, as we fully believe in the calming effects massage and meditation has for children. Double appointments can be booked with parent/ child/ren if you would like to attend together.
