You Yangs Massage is now offering Ear Candling.

I am offering ear candling for $35 normally $65 if you book a 1 hour massage and receive both treatments at the same time, allow 2 hours. My Ear Candling includes a gentle scalp, face and neck massage. This offer is valid until 31st Dec 2012. Call for an appointment.

This ancient clearing method has been used by the Egyptians, the Chinese, Greeks, and the Hopi Indians of America.

The process involves using a specially made hollow candle which is held gently on the edge of the ear to create a vacuum in the ear, drawing out old wax, residues of past infection and fungus. Candling is said to stimulate the immune system and peripheral blood circulation.

Candling is non invasive and completely painless. Treatments will generally last about one hour. Beneficial results may be obtained for the following problems:

•Excessive wax build-up

•Sinus irritation

•Chronic ear infections (in conjunction with other medical treatment)

•To clear the head before or after a flight

•Fungal problems

The setting for a massage is most important, you need to feel safe so you can start to unwind. How can you do this in the middle of a busy shopping centre and your mind is distracted with noise. Not a very peaceful setting or you find that you are kept waiting because where you have made an appointment don't treat you that your time is important. When you have an appointment time with me, that is your time no one else.

Every client of mine, comes out of my clinic feeling refreshed and de-stressed. They look at the You Yangs and find it very calming.

I'll just warn you don't have a massage and expect to go to work, because your body really won't want to do that. Have a massage on a day when you can focus just on you, this is the best way to have a massage. For a day treat yourself as number 1, you deserve it.
