About

The Shire Horse Society Australia is a society aimed at raising awareness of how extraordinary the Shire horse breed truly is. Established in 1978 by a horse enthusiast, the Society was incorporated in 2004.

Its primary purpose is to encourage and promote the breeding of these magnificent horses, and the Society sells various Shire related trinkets and products to raise money for their cause. Membership is affordable at only $30 per year, making it a great cause to join for horse enthusiasts.
