Rebel Boats

About

Welcome to Rebel Boats, Australia's website. Our cause is building better boats; our passion is fishing. It's a good mix!

Rebel Boats established in 1999 in Sandgate, Brisbane. Warren Cameron the owner of Rebel Boats has been in the industry for 26 years with a proven and known reputation for high quality custom built boats.

Warren and his close knit crew do not build a huge number of boats each year, but the boats they do build are of the highest quality. You need only to pass a cursory eye over a Rebel boat to note the clean lines, smooth topsides, neat welding and high standard of finish.

Rebel specialises in building custom boats, Albeit-based around a series of proven hull shapes. Just about every conceivable layout is available, including open boats, side and centre consoles, cuddy cabins, centre cabins and larger models in wheel-house configurations.

Rebel has just release a new hull called the DEEP `V` SERIES. Which consist of 7000 and 7500 models with the 7500 DEEP `V` being extremely popular with the hardcore offshore fishermen as well as mum, dad and the kids for a weekend-away. Also, new are the 10.0m x 3.6m beam multi-purpose fisher. The Rebel 10.0m can be powered by outboards, stern drive or shaft drive configurations, with commercial and recreational layouts available.

Also popular are the 5.25m Bay Runner Series, combined with the Maxi transom are ideal for the family day trippers to explore local waterways or to skip out to the inshore reefs for a quick fish.

Rebel actually welcome part development, where they build the hulls to the completion of all structural work, leaving the owner to take it away and fit it out as time and budget permits, this is very useful, if you want or need to go that road. Alternatively, if you haven't the time to do the fit out, Warren likes nothing better than sitting down with the customer, working out where everything goes, and then coming through with a beautifully fitted out boat that's literally a key start operation, the choice is yours.
