A little background info that will paint a picture of what we are about and may be helpful in future.

Our principal CHE Precision Inc. of Newbury Park California is an OEM manufacturer of valve guides, valve seats, Ti spring retainers, keyed and un-keyed lifter bore bushings, rod bushings and other valve train components. CHE in the USA produce parts for companies the likes of Edelbrock, Dart, Brodix, Airflow Research, Isky, Carrillo, All Pro and other well-known brands. If you need spare guides or seats for these brands we have them. CHE also manufactures guides and seats for motorcycles.

At CHE we also work directly with teams from NASCAR, Winston Cup, Indy Car, Cart, Formula and Drag Cars. In Australia we work with several of the Australian V8 Supercar teams, cylinder head manufacturers and many performance engine builders.

CHE Performance Auto Pty. Ltd. is an Australian company based in Erskine Park, New South Wales. We have close family ties with CHE Precision Inc. in the USA. In Australia we carry an inventory of blended bronze valve guides, valve guide blanks, ductile iron valve seat inserts in both imperial and metric sizes. We have extra high performance proprietary copper alloy valve seat inserts and blanks as well as Ti spring retainers and various rod bushing. Our extra precision lifter bore bushings both keyed and un-keyed are the very best available and in high demand by those in the know.

We feel that our ability to deliver the highest quality parts at completive prices, in a timely manner has been the key to our success with several of the V8 Supercar teams, Drag Car racers and their engine builders. If there are components that you use on a regular basis, we would be happy to stock adequate supplies in Australia for timely delivery to you if we don't already have them.

Obviously CHE components are not for everyone. There are plenty of cheap parts available from the 3rd world sweat shops. That is not what CHE is about. CHE manufactures components from the best possible alloys for the customer that really cares about what goes into his engine; someone who wants real quality, performance, durability and reliability, not rubbish. As an example, there are two reasons why our lifter bore bushing are so popular: firstly they are much more concentric than other well-known brands and secondly they tend to last for a very long time. The same is often said of our valve guides and professionals in the business tell us that our seat inserts are "the best that I have ever cut and they save my tooling".

In addition to the components shown in the brochure CHE are in a position to manufacture just about any size guides, seats, spring retainers, spring bases and bushings that you might require. We do guides, seats, cam buckets etc. for Ferrari, Porsche, Cosworth, Aston Martin, Harley Davidson etc. We make custom parts for a great many racing teams, even vintage aircraft and motorcycles.
