Hi! I'm Matt Dixon, owner of Redback Performance Tyres & Wheels. I started in the tyre game in 1977 working for Dunlop in New Zealand for four years. I was foreman at the age of 19 with 3 staff members working with me.

I later worked for an independent tyre company running their tyre shop in a farming area so truck and tractor tyres were a big part of our business.

I then did five years with Firestone and 9 years managing an independent tyre store in Redcliffe.

I established Redback Tyres 8 years ago. We supply a number of well known car yards here in Redcliffe, Strathpine, Petrie and even Caboolture and Toowoomba. We have a very well known name because of our prices and services.
