In the majority of cases we prefer bookings however we always strive to accommodate emergency situations anywhere in this large and relatively remote geographical area.

NOVUS®Auto Glass Carnarvon is owned and operated by Neil Kempton and has been in operation for over a decade. is NOVUS® of the oldest auto glass repair and supply businesses in the Great Southern. Over the years Neil & his team have serviced the local and regional needs of our clients and customers, from farmers and townsfolk through to major insurance companies such as Elders Insurance, HBF, RAC and Lumley General, and of course the mining industry and its employees. We service an extremely large and partially remote area and we pride ourselves on our prompt response times, especially to travellers and others caught out on some of the most desolate roads in the country.

Neil was born and grew up in Carnarvon and knows its environs and the layout of roads and towns throughout the Gascoyne area well. He is a fully qualified automotive mechanic who has worked on auto glass for many years in the course of his career before he acquired the existing Carnarvon NOVUS®. Neil now specialises only in auto glass repairs and replacements, however his basic knowledge of automotive repairs has allowed him to accumulate a great deal of invaluable knowledge of practically all makes and models of cars and trucks. Neil also has a strong team of experienced & certified auto glass technicians to back him up & has technicians available 24/7 for emergency repairs & replacements.

In his downtime Neil enjoys all types of motor sport (in his own words, he lives for motor sports and his wife and 4 beautiful children), and in addition to windscreen repairs and auto glass replacement, his workshop provides all types of glazing, car detailing, rust protection and the supply and fitment of off-road equipment.
