About

The business description field is shown to prospective customers on your profile page. This is your opportunity to tell prospective customers more about your products and services, how you can help them and why they should trust you.

It is compulsory for all businesses to fill out this field. It is highly preferable to make your business description unique(and not just pasted in from your website). Simply entering a list of keywords will result in your free listing being declined.
