Dean Atkins business training has come from the practicality of being successful in a variety of industries including, Commodity Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, and his trade as a Panel Beater. Even though Dean has completed academic training, he has found that the theories around being successful in business are often a good starting point, but usually they do not take into account every challenge that a business can be faced with.

During Deans career, working in small business and large corporations, Dean has often taken on the challenges that other business managers have rejected as too hard. By setting strategies, smart marketing, leading enthusiastic teams and improving operations, Dean has managed to succeed in not only turning situations around, but providing sustainable growth.
