Preferred Media Pty Ltd

About

We help clients from broadcast media, film production, ad agencies, brands, production companies, councils, public institutions and more to look after their rich media assets.

- Digital Media Asset Management

Our main service is MediaPhile - a managed service solution to look after all your digital media.

You give us your content and your metadata. We ingest into our online system and make secure offline backups.

Then all your files are available to you online, so you can search, annotate, share, even download or publish if you want to - and if you're a user with the right permissions.

So you get the benefit of an enterprise-level digital asset management system, without investing tens of thousands of dollars upfront. And because we handle ingest and upgrades, the whole system is hassle-free. You get free time and peace of mind to concentrate on your real job.

Additional services:

- Digitisation.

We convert from a wide range of magnetic tape and film formats to digital. So you can re-use the content in dozens of ways - from social media to relicensing. Get more from the precious content you worked so hard to create.

We also offer remediation services if your pre-digital assets are damaged from inadequate storage.

- Physical media asset storage.

Maybe you've got old tapes or film which you don't want to digitise right now, but you'd like to keep. Our climate controlled warehouse is the best place to store them. Temperature and humidity are set to the ideal conditions to prevent damage.
