My Shortlist is a total online recruitment solution, powering employment across all sectors. My Shortlist is a privately owned Australian company that specialises in providing online recruitment solutions to businesses across all sectors.

With over 15 years experience in the hospitality and retail industry, we are well aware of how time consuming and costly the recruitment process can be. Whether it’s having to re-advertise positions, being inundated with unqualified applicants, interview no-shows or high turnover; finding the right person can be an exhausting exercise.

Our mission is simple: to streamline the employment process and empower the employer. We achieve this by providing employers with access to online recruiting tools such as multi-posting, psychometric tests, and managing talent pools. Our strong partnerships with major job boards allow My Shortlist to pass on savings to the employer.
