Asbestos audits for any workplace are required by law under the current OHS 2017 Victorian regulations. This can include your home if workers are carrying out renovations! Fines of up to $30,000.00 may be applied by the regulator if this document is not located and accessible at your workplace or home if being refurbished.

A Greenlight asbestos audit will clearly identify the location, extent and condition of any asbestos material in your workplace along with a risk assessment of the materials, high quality photos and effective management recommendations for how to treat the materials if needed.

Greenlight asbestos audits are fully compliant with OHS 2017 regulations. Recent changes to the regulations mean that all audits done previously are likely to be no longer compliant. (We can check this for you free of charge. In particular the new regulations require an examination of unfixed items such as older fireproof filing cabinets that very often contain asbestos in their lining.
