Promaco Conventions has an exceptional reputation as one of the leading event organisers in Australia. Promaco Conventions was established in 1987 by Don Pearce, former chairman of the Perth Convention Bureau and co-founder of the Meetings Industry Association of Australia.

24 years and 400 conferences later Promaco Conventions has been taken over Success Events Management Pty Ltd with new Managing Director Livia Russell and Don Pearce staying on the team as a consultant to the owners.

Promaco has experienced staff to provide a complete management service for any size exhibition.

Staff at Promaco are all very experienced in time control and project management, as many have previously worked in government areas.

Travel and accommodation

Promaco provides facilities for fax, email and secure online registration options, as well as a full staffing service at the event using the latest computerised systems.

Financial management
Promaco's finance manager can efficiently handle all aspects of the budget, including processing the GST.
