Discovery Meeting

First, we will ask you some questions that will allow us to understand your specific business objectives and then we discuss your ideas, purpose and needs to meet your objectives. If you wish us to sign a confidentially agreement we will do so at this point.

We will also provide you with a brief overview of our 15 year experience in the incentive marketing area.

Strategy Proposal

Based on our discovery meeting, we will create a marketing incentives strategy, which will not only address your business objectives, but also lay down a foundation to assess its viability and worth.

We will present this proposal to you in a face to face meeting to take you through the elements, but most importantly model and project your expected ROI.

We will leave the written strategy with you to evaluate.

Finalised Strategy & Budget

On your direction we will finalise your incentive strategy and also provide you with a budget estimate to implement and manage it from end to end.

Confirmation & Implementation

On signing our budget estimate we will start work on your strategy and provide you with a detailed timeline for implementation of each of the elements and launch date.

We will assign a dedicated account manager to look after your incentive strategy who will regularly be in contact with you, to ensure the smooth implementation, running and reporting on the progress of your program and objectives achievement.
