Company Matters Pty Limited is a specialist governance and company secretarial advisory service. Company Matters assists clients in a range of ways including as an outsourced or part-time company secretary, with ad hoc or project based company secretarial support or to provide corporate governance or legal advice. - appointment to the statutory position as company secretary (whereby clients can outsource the entire company secretarial function)
