We are:

• BAS Agent registered.

• Efficient in all areas of bookkeeping, admin, payroll and office management.

• Able to start immediately and without a hand-over. Use our Software License or yours.

We can manage all bookkeeping and office administration affairs remotely and with ease by:

• Remotely connecting (secure) to your office server/remote control of a computer in your office and we then operate as if we were sitting a desk in your office! or;

• Xero or MYOB Cloud computing.

• Collecting data from your office and returning it to you after processing, or;

• ‘Scan’ in your paperwork and either upload it the accounting software package or email it to us … whatever works for each business or;

• Data sent via Australia Post Satchel (satchel is provided to you)

Our hourly rates are all inclusive – that means no payroll tax, superannuation, workers’ compensation, annual/sick/long service leave and staffing costs for you to have to pay.

We are a Registered BAS Agent with professional indemnity insurance cover and we are governed by the Tax Practitioners Board [TPB] and the ATO for compliance and code of conduct.

Combined: We have over 25 years combined financial management, bookkeeping/business administration/IT experience in the areas of advertising/marketing agencies (19 years), mining industry (3 years), banking (5 years), manufacturing (inventory control) (4 years), hotel/motel management (1 year), electrical contracting (6 years), government agencies (20years), property development and property management including rent roll & trust accounting (3 years), building & construction (4 years), retail and wholesale (8 years)...just to name a few.

Business turnover for our customers ranges from $10M+ down to $60K per annum. There is nothing we have ever found was beyond our capabilities, large or small.
