Manex Pty Ltd

About

Manex provides management consulting services to leaders of organisations, applying systems thinking and systemic approaches to deal in a coherent, integrated way with the many complex, inter-related challenges they face. Manex is also the home of Systemic Risk Management, a new best practice approach to risk management in organisations. It goes far beyond standards such as ISO 31000 and COSO, to deal with the complex, intangible and inter-related risks that leaders routinely face but that cannot be managed using a risk-by-risk probability-impact approach.
