Vent2Me: Mitcham

About

I am, Julia Taine, a services marketing expert and commonly referred to as a Customer Complaints Guru. I founded Vent2Me in 2010, after successfully resolving complaints for family and friends. Resolving these complaints sparked the idea of creating a full-service marketing agency dedicated to providing marketing and customer service advice, service and solutions.

My passions include brand management, eMarketing and social media strategy, website design and development, publication management and of course, services marketing!

I am an experienced public speaker and am currently writing a book about the good in grievances.
