Daniel Baptista Quality Management

About

I provide friendly, flexible training and coaching to organisations that will help them get to ISO 9001, 4801 or 17025 compliant quality management systems. I can facilitate the creation of risk management systems, business continuity plans or emergency preparedness plans (including pandemic plans). With my background in forensic science I can also coach professional technical staff in preparation for giving expert evidence in the justice system.
