Flexibility

SME's need the flexibility to increase and reduce floor space as required. This means you can scale up or down in line with current projects, resources or cash flow.

Whether you are looking for a work station, a single office or your own private office suite for your team Nexus has the space you need as you need it with no lock in contracts.

Better for your bottom line

At Nexus whether you are renting a desk, a single office or a larger suite everything is included in the price. Your total gross rent or membership fee includes fit-out and furniture, rent, power, high speed internet, cleaning, security costs that are over and above what you would usually pay in rent in any traditional office lease arrangement.

Ecosystem/network

SME's, freelancers and contractors thrive through networking and collaborating with other businesses. The membership base at Nexus provides a ready-made ecosystem.

Many people don't particularly enjoy running their business from a home office because they feel isolated. Isolation is also bad for business. Professional service providers rarely operate competitively, optimally or even effectively in isolation from other people.

Next Generation Workplace Design

We think a work space should be somewhere you want to be not somewhere you have to be. A work space needs to be designed with as much attention and care as a home.

Working in a pleasant and invigorating environment is good for mind, body and spirit. Natural light and quality of design are critical for creativity and productivity.

Nexus has been created with the health and wellbeing of our member's top of mind. This really does inform how we have designed Nexus. We even have a complimentary gym for members.
