ABOUT THE SPACE

Purchased as a warehouse, we have renovated the large space to suit our needs. Now featuring an enclosed lab with professional equipment (3D printers, laser cutters etc), open plan office space, boardrooms, meeting rooms and private offices. Our doors open out the back to waterfront views and a deck to soak up the sun. Options for function space are also available.

ABOUT YOU

We want to be surrounded by enthusiastic and positive people in differing industries. Our ideal co-inhabitor would be friendly, tidy and up for a bit of light-hearted banter in passing. If we can help each other in our services and offerings – even better! Timeframes and spaces are flexible to suit your needs.

ABOUT US

We currently share the space with M-Elec, a lighting and electrical solutions company. This makes the melting pot a mix of accountants, salespeople, engineers, innovators, managers and designers. We're an approachable bunch and ready to be challenged to a game of ping pong or another physical feat (the cross-fit enthusiast boss got a pull-up bar installed).
