Private Offices

If you or your team are after a more permanent space, then our private offices will be the perfect solution. Each office is furnished with 1-4 desks and provides access to all the building facilities including WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, free use of the meeting room and in-house benefits.

Meeting Room

The meeting room or workshop space at the front of Leeder House comfortably seats 8-10 people, has a 50-inch TV for presentations, and phone and video conferencing facilities. This room is available for hourly bookings.

Coworking Studios

If you're an independent worker or freelancer looking for a fresh and collaborative work space in one of the best locations in Perth, get in touch now to reserve a desk in our coworking studio. Bookings are available for full-time, part-time or casual coworking desks.

Parking & Public Transport

A limited number of private parking bays at the front of the building are available for use at an additional cost. There is also plenty of free and paid parking nearby. It's a 400m stroll to the Leederville train station and there are bus stops within minutes from our front door.
