Need Leads Australia

About

Need Leads offer high quality services for your business in order to help your business grow and bring in new business at a low cost. We can market your business in many different ways and can also customise telemarketing and lead generation campaigns to suit the needs of your business.

Our staff are trained on a regular basis to ensure continued growth and performance. And we hire our staff here in Australia to complete the job in a professional manner for you and to also maintain your companies reputation.

We follow all ACMA rules and all of our leads are washed against the do not call register and all correct Australian standards of telemarketing are followed.

Our teams are trained to produce high quality over high quantity as we are looking for long term clients to do business with rather than achieve quick results we invest in staff for your team/campaign to ensure that we can meet both quality and quantity requirements while slowly growing the team and productivity to increase our profits.

We take pride in the quality of our leads and in the job done by our team which is why we also offer a replacement policy whereby any lead which is not fully qualified as per the script will be refunded free of charge. This also includes any leads which have incorrect details.

We focus on what our clients want, need and should have for their business and implement it into our leads. Since our experience stems from working in house alongside sales teams we know the importance of delivering the type of leads which are sellable and bring positivity to the sales team.

We like to bring hassle free solutions to our clients so that they can take care of sales and running their business while we market their products and services for them.
