This is a fullday workshop, which covers IP at a more advanced level. Intellectual Property in the Boardroom - NEW!

This session has been designed after nearly 12 years of training CEOs and company directors. It is only open to board members, directors and their CEOs. It covers intellectual property at the governance level and less so at the operational level. It can be scaled to two hours or delivered as a half-day.

Intellectual Property for Government Agencies

Government agencies are required to comply with Financial Management and Accountability Act of 1997, and from 1 July, 2008, must be "responsible for managing IP in their control or custody in an effective, efficient and ethical manner". This full day session ensures that your organization has a working IP policy and can comply with the 15 IP Management Principles for Gov't Organisations.
