Training & Personnel Australia

About

Looking to progress in your career but need some extra education?

Training and Personnel Australia (TPA) offers a range of courses for adults looking at furthering their career in Townsville. We develop our classes and training around you, and what local, national and international companies look for in employees. Our staff are industry experts, with years of experience in their field, so you can be sure that you aren’t wasting your time and money on a qualification you will never use. We believe that everyone deserves a hand up – not a hand out, which is why we offer an Ezi Pay direct debit payment system. This way, you don’t have to wait to save up the money, so you can start right away and get ahead faster.

Looking in to training and education, but worried about sacrificing work hours?

TPA also runs courses at night. This flexible education system allows you to train outside your rostered work hours, meaning you’re getting ahead at work, while still earning a paycheck. We can train on our site, or your site – You chose. Training and Personnel Australia offers a variety of courses including Machinery, and Forklift tickets. Our machinery training ranges from roller to grader and dozer to dump truck. If you have access to machinery then ask us how you can utilise that training to your advantage.

TPA is your “one-stop-shop” for career development. We supply services to local Townsville, national and international companies, giving you an insight into what the best in the business offer. So, whether you’re a labourer wanting to become a machinery operator, a TA wishing to get into shutdown/mining work, a tradesman looking to see what other opportunities await, or a company wanting to skill up your workforce, send us an email, browse and apply for courses, or contact us.
