About

Our data server is based in Brisbane where we can quickly upload your data. In the event of data loss, we can courier your data on a hard drive - saving you the time and hassle of downloading by the internet.

Our service allows you to separate the data your staff can see by using individual user accounts or one account per department.

Our total data packages allow you to backup an unlimited number of devices within your quota

Each company has a dedicated web portal for the business owner and/or IT staff to view and access the data from all their staff accounts.

Our servers use encryption on all drives. Clients have the option to apply a further level of encryption to their files. Our portals have A ratings from ssllabs/ssltest.

5 versions of each file are stored. Optional snapshots of each day's files are archived until your data quota is reached.

Automatic read only archiving prevents staff from deleting company data from our servers without the owners permission.

Our service provides free reporting (on a daily or on exception basis) and free support if required.
