SoftClick Pty Ltd

About

SoftClick has the ability to really be the one stop shop for your IT systems as we cater for both the network/infrastructure side of your business and also software and web development.

SoftClick can provide network services ranging from desktop support to designing and implementing an entire corporate network. As part of our network services, we can offer managed service contracts, giving you the piece of mind your network and mission critical systems are being cared for at the level you required.

SoftClick's software development stream allows us to provide custom software development for your business, whether it be an internal database system, to your public website, we have the necessary skills and experience to provide a solution to meet your exact requirements.

As SoftClick can attend to any facet of your IT systems, it removes the situation regularly seen where multiple vendors are required to complete a task. For example, you have two companies supporting your IT; one for network/servers, the other is developing a new customer web portal. The software developers need a new server and database commissioned for the web portal, so they need to contact the network support vendor to commission the required equipment, which may take time, careful planning and politics. By using SoftClick, we are able to manage this ourselves, thus providing a smoother environment and mitigating the multi-vendor obstacles often faced during a project.
