Streamlining the Billing Process

Processing and distributing invoices is labor-intensive and slow which directly impacts your cash flow. Billfiler enhances and automates your business systems to generate, distribute and file client invoices quickly and easily.

Swerdlove have developed an industry wide application that provides law firms with a final non-modifiable PDF bill, checked directly into their document management system (DMS) and sent automatically to the client.

OpenPurchase

Electronic Purchase System

OpenPurchase takes order requests from authorised personnel, consolidates those requests and converts them into purchase orders which are then approved, printed and sent via post or via email to the vendor. Security controls allow the visibility of data to be as open or tight as the firm desires.

A full approval authority process is included with workflow capability for Request and Order approval plus the Printing and Dispatch of the order. The workflow has the ability to test the conditions that have been set up to ensure the desired outcome is obtained.
