Formaliti

About

The Directors of Formaliti originally saw putting documents online and e-signatures as a way to streamline their own business. They were fighting manual processes that weren’t delivering the benefits that online processes could. Efficiency, accuracy and inconvenience were holding back business practices across departments:

Storage of forms became a costly issue with additional warehouse space needed to keep up

Finding forms took too much time.

Sales people had to drive forms to the office from out in the field.

Field staff attempted deliveries with incorrect or missing information.

Time was lost making sure the right people were included on all forms they needed.

Customer service was slowed by the time it took for forms to reach the right people.

PDF and Word documents were printed, scanned and emailed – often double and triple handled.
