InductPro

About

Spend more time training your new staff in how to do their job and less time inducting them on housekeeping and compliance issues.

Move your on-boarding of new staff and contractors online and let them complete their first day inductions on their phone or laptop, in their own time and before they turn up for work.

Inductpro is a cloud based solution allowing you to move all your compliance and new starter training online. Catch up with the rest of the world by using smart phones and internet connected devices to deliver your first day training.

We have a library of WHS compliant courses you can use and we can help you create your own company course for new starters and contractors.

Your inductions are delivered to any connected device. New staff can complete their induction anywhere on their own time. All assessments are done online, certificates are issued automatically on completion and you have a record of who has done what course.

Satisfy your obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act to train new staff in safety and at the same time provide a unique point of difference to people joining your team.

Inductpro is owned by Safety Concepts who have been training and consulting in Work Health and Safety for more than 7 years. It runs on an award winning learning management platform and is used by hundreds of businesses throughout Australia to induct and on-board new staff and contractors.

You can have your own online inductions with company logo and courses for as little as $90 a month.

Contractors can upload certificates, licenses and documents. You can have as many people as you like using the system at any time. There is no cost of delivery to you or the learner, simply a license fee.
