About Us

I've worked in the IT industry for over 17 years and have been trained on Microsoft, Apple, wireless networking and Cisco systems.

I spent the first 5 years of my career working on Apple Macintosh computers for a large telecommunication company and was trained as a Macintosh technician by Apple Australia, then I moved to a Windows NT environment while the Y2K problem started to be prominent. I studied to be an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and these studies continued for the next 3 - 4 years, I also completed the CCNA certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and Wireless Networking Certification. Since the year 2000 I have worked in medium to large corporations doing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support, while also supporting home users and small businesses.
