About

HOW DOES THE DATA RECOVERY PROCESS WORK?

The first thing you need to know is that every data recovery project we take on follows a proven process & system. This process goes into everything we do and is backed by 15+ years of experience in a secure lab environment. There is no data recovery problem we haven't seen before.

Start A Quote Online

To begin the data recovery process simply fill out our online quote form or call us toll free to speak with a data recovery engineer directly.

Send Us Your Media

Next, once you have provided us with the details of your data loss situation we will ask you to ship your media to our secure lab facility.

Get A Free Evaluation

Once your media arrives into the lab our data recovery engineers will assess the damage for free & provide you with a written quote.

We Recover Your Data

Once you have approved the quote our engineers will begin the recovery process and will work with you to ensure all your vital data is retrieved.

Make The Payment

Once the recovery process is complete and you are satisfied, we will ask that you make the payment prior to returning your data to you.

Get Your Data Back

Of course, once the recovery process is complete you can come pick up your data or we can ship it back to you in a fast & secure way.

At Sydney Data Recovery we WILL recover your important data or you don't pay a cent.

When you call our data recovery support line we will walk you through the entire data recovery process. This process includes a free media evaluation to determine what the root cause of your data recovery problem is. We will also work directly with you to determine what your most important files / folders / data is prior to starting the data recovery process.

Regardless of your media type or operating system, we will ensure that your important data files are recovered to you in working conditioned, fully restored or you don't pay for any of the service. We pioneered the "No Data, No Charge" guarantee and we make sure the interests and security of our clients is protected at all times.
