About

Diplomatic I.T. is a small computer I.T. business dedicated into servicing computers with honesty and integrity. We have noticed that very few people fully understands that the most valuable technology item you will ever own will be your home computer. Often they are full of reports, photos and other multimedia items collected over the years where a single mishap can render all those memories to just the metallic components which makes a computer.

Diplomatic I.T. has been started by Tom Rottler whom has worked in the electronics, audio / visual and the computer industries for over 25 years. A number of these years are in various universities locally in Melbourne and globally in Asia. Tom has worked in many different computers, servers and main frames including the Cray YMP and T90 supercomputers so you can say that there are not many problems that he hasn’t seen.

At Diplomatic I.T., our computer engineers are qualified with certifications by both Cisco and Microsoft to ensure the best possible results from your mishap. Our computer engineers have over 20-years experience in the computer and electronics industry spanning Asia and Europe so we can proudly state that we have “Global Knowledge” and combining our “Local experience”, we can ensure peace of mind of your computer.
