I've been making websites since 1997. My name is Edwin Lynch and I have a degree in Communications, a Diploma in Multimedia and IT and a Certificate in Search Engine Marketing. All that aside, I can help you with your business online as well as in print.

I mostly operate alone or work with friends and so will only take on a few new clients. I'm at the point of possibly hiring someone - just to deal with support, but because I like what I do and I've seen others burnt out running large businesses, I'm not too keen to "expand."

Since 1997, my skills have increased tenfold. I went from designing sites in photoshop, to coding through to now developing and building websites. I love this job so much I can't see myself ever retiring. The main things I do are;

1. Web site creation

Prices

Basic websites: $895 (or pay monthly over 1yr (add 10%))

Business websites: $2,750 (or pay monthly over 1 or 2yrs)

Corporate websites: $3,450 (or pay monthly over 1 or 2yrs)

I do free mock-ups for corporate websites before any money changes hands. This way, clients know what their site will look like before committing to a purchase. I can't really do that for the cheaper sites but I can show examples of existing sites.

Sites take up to 6 weeks to build.

2. Web site development

For corporate sites, I try to find out what you do in your business and translate that into the online equivalent. I do the same research for starter & functional websites, but the corporate sites are the ones I put my all into. They will get seen and generate business, providing you keep your site up to date (weekly is best). Not updating regularly is the biggest sin any website owner can make.

3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Last week I updated all my clients sites and their traffic has gone up from between 10% and 50% just with a $295 makeover. They are all very pleased and now a bit busier because I tweaked their website code. Some have even taken on new staff.

4. Google AdWord campaigns

Getting you found and displaying graphic and text ads across Google's display network for searches in your area.

Prices start from $250 for a one to three week run.

5. Print graphics & printing

I actually do a lot more than what's listed above. I had one recent person come to me asking me to do everything I'm capable of. Naturally he got a special deal. I've had clients get too much work and ask me to pause their Google Ad campaign because they had to take on more staff.

One thing is for sure. My clients really love me and I work a LOT for them. My aim is to meet deadlines and please.
