Why use an Australia based web hosting service?

In the past, Google would index the basics of website content to determine its search rankings. But now, it looks at the servers IP address and where the server is located.

Say, for example, your website is being hosted in New Zealand. Google will then assume it is a site for New Zealanders. So if an Australian in Australia is searching for your product, your overseas-hosted website will rank lower than locally based sites.

Additionally, if you click on the only Australia web pages, tag when completing a search on Google, only websites hosted in Australia will feature.

Web hosting and video hosting out of Australia can also add a time delay to the loading of your website. Loading speed is something else that Google takes into account when deciding search rankings. Even half a second slower can affect rankings.
