About

Parents hope we're obsessed with their child's performance.

We're happy to say - we're not.

We know that a great performance is what many parents are looking for from their children. but we also know it's difficult to achieve without first being founded in great technique - whether it be dance, singing, drama, break dance, Irish dance or any of our classes.

We're obsessed with their technique.

Correct technique can help ensure that your budding performer's ability isn't limited as they advance in the performing arts. Our experienced teachers apply it in every lesson, whether group or individual. After all, they began their professional careers knowing it's essential. This approach sees many students to go on to enjoy their dream of a successful career in the performing arts.

So if you'd like to help your child gain confidence right now to enjoy future success in the performing arts, why not contact us to find out more.

Artz Collective Founder:

Artz Collective was established by Ms Ziggy Clements in 1999, to provide professional performing arts training in Melbourne's western suburbs community.

Her professional career started in dance at only 16, in the cast of Gypsy, whilst still at high school. Classically trained in both dance and vocally,& wiith an illustrious career to date, she continues to be closely involved in live theatre, performing across Australia in productions such as Motherhood The Musical, Mamma Mia! and Les Miserables plus overseas with several Disney productions. She has also featured in several television and film productions including, 000 Heroes, Neighbours, Kerry-Anne and City Homicide.

Professional teachers

Our professional teachers ensure that great basics are learnt first and only then are advanced techniques developed. This allows any bad habits to be corrected early on ? habits that can lead to individual frustration, loss of confidence and in some circumstances even physiological damage. We have small class sizes to best enable our students to learn, but we also provide the flexibility of allowing individuals to develop at their own pace with private tuition.

A gentle approach that builds confidence

We're aware that the more confidence we can instil in our students, the better they can perform in front of an audience. Our caring teachers are constantly on the lookout to compliment and encourage students. Helping them build the self confidence required to perform at their best.
