Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty is the biggest Nail school in Australia as it started as such ten years ago. Now in its maturity expanded into Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, Make-up and salon management.

There are more than 80 salon in our group, some of them are franchised and owned by our past student. An example is Odyssey Nails Northland owned by Tran a student from our very first group of four people in 2004.

The college was founded by Josephine Scarfone & Dung Le. While Josephine is a fine competitor, qualified Educator, Beauty Therapist, Hairdresser, Dung Le is a very successful business owner (Odyssey Nails, Hollywood Nails, Diamond Nails, Le Nails, Odyssey nails hair and beauty and now Hollywood nails hair & beauty).

It was the professional partnership and the personal friendship between Dung Le and Josephine that has made possible to bring the finest nail training system to students in Australia. It is the system that Josephine has nicknamed “no fail technique”.

Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty had soon become the finest Nail Academy in Australia, training thousands of students who have successfully become business owners, fine beauty or hairdressing professionals or marvellous competitors. Some of them now own a salon in their own native countries. Some other, instead, decided to have a career within our group and now they own a successful beauty or hairdressing practice in franchise.

Students can relay on the vast experience we have as business owners. They can be part of our team in different ways:

- They can work in our salon and gain the necessary experience to perform in a very demanding job;

- They can became salon manager where they demonstrate initiative and reliability beyond their participation in our courses;

- They can eventually became one of our franchisee.
