Jackie Thompson of Contemporary Cakes is based in Daisy Hill, South Brisbane and is available to meet with you by appointment. Jackie is a qualified chef and pastry chef, hasbeen a finalist for the last two years for the ABIA awards for 2007 and 2008 and has had her food and cakes featured on the big screen in Bridget Jones, Finding Neverland and Wimbledon to name a few!
