Bear With Me can help by offering you the services of Alison Buckle who is a trained doula.

Being a professional birth attendant is only part of the process. Alison's role as a doula is to be there for you and your partner, to offer information, reassurance and practical assistance from pregnancy through to the early weeks of parenthood.

Studies have also shown that mothers who use a birth attendant/doula have a lower incidence of postpartum depression, breastfeed longer and are more closely bonded with their babies.
