Come and join our fun, hands on cooking classes located at beautiful & historic Whitfield House, Edge Hill.

Learn the secrets of preparing and cooking authentic, regional dishes from a variety of cuisines including:

Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish Tapas, Italian,Malaysian, Japanese & Indian

We will soon be offering other specialty classes including:

Cheese Making, Chocolate & Truffles, Cake Decorating, Bread, Pasta & Pizza, Exotic BBQs, Australian Bush Food & Asian Fruit & Vegetable Carving, Beginners Basics, Single & Cooking! & Corporate Team Building.

Classes are run by Giovanna Mazzella, whose passion and love of cooking has evolved from her Italian heritage and the many years spent living in exotic countries such as India, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan. She is passionate about cooking, sharing her experiences and showing people how simple it can be to create great food.
