Since 2009 Icon Training Academy has experienced huge success for their training within the Chef Apprenticeships system, and now boasts the title of being the leading training company for Commercial Cookery in South East Queensland. Icon Training Academy will continue to grow their market share, while also growing its network of Industry contacts.

Icon The Cookery School was proudly created by the Directors of Icon Training Academy, Peter Mills and Imelda Bordiss. The business was founded in 2016, introduced to service the general public, the wider community and the corporate world.
