Chef Mexi-Ken is our on site Professional Chef. We operate the Cooking School from our Commercial Kitchen & Factory Unit.

The dining portion of the class takes place in our purpose built "Catrina's Dining Room. The menu of the night is demonstrated in the Commercial Kitchen & then served as a sit down meal at the Long Table in Catrina's.

There will also be a Tequila & Mescal tasting.

At the end of the class, the Mercado (grocery) Shop will be open. We stock authentic Mexican foods & cooking equipment, to enable you to recreate what you have learned in class.

We also offer Team Building & Social Group Events.
