In Home Dog Training

About

American dog psychologist Wesley Laird has a unique method of training, which he has brought to Australia. Based on child psychology and the dogs' s natural instincts, his techniques work faster and better than any other dog training methods. Working with all breeds and mixes of breeds in every imaginable environment and situation, Wesley has had an extremely good response from people in the Melbourne suburban area. His clients love the fact that he comes to their home at a convenient time for them.

Wesley can teach more, to owner and dog, in a one session at home than they would learn in six months of group training in a park.

Proper Training Habits Level

This course is the to start with and all most people need for the life of their dog. It is a complete method of training that can be applied to the dog for the rest of its life. This method involves training both the owner and the dog, always a lot more training the owners than the dogs.

Confidence and respect is built up by teaching the owner to be a good consistent pack leader, demanding more from their dog, and incorporating consistent approval and disapproval. This respect is then used for behavioural modifications. This course is taught over three fortnightly/monthly sessions.

Better than Magic! This one-off session is incredibly effective. The dog and owner are taught more than most people can imagine. Manners like jumping up and play biting are easy to control from the very beginning. This course is suggested for owners and dogs that feel the Proper training habits level is more than they need.
